Tracking:
Once your order is on its way, we will share the tracking details with you via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Delays:
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical circumstances. Lynbee Beauty is not liable for such delays.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Final Sale:
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our beauty products, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@lynbeebeauty.com, along with your order number and clear images of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request, and any resolution will be determined at Lynbee Beauty’s sole discretion.
Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.
